EGC Attends AMIN Worldwide Conference in Canada

Published on: May 23, 2025

In 2024, The EGC Group had the honor to join AMIN Worldwide, a global network of independently-owned agencies. EGC is the sole member agency headquartered in the New York Metro and Long Island regions.

Last week, Lara Bass and Christopher Canadeo, respectively, EGC’s COO and Director of Growth, attended “Crossroads 2025—AMIN Montreal Integrated Conference.” True to its name, this event explored how agencies can act, pivot, and navigate the proverbial crossroads faced when making the best possible marketing decisions. The topics discussed included:

1. Crossroads of Industry and Innovation

The conference set the tone with conversations about how industries are being reshaped by rapid innovation and shifting expectations. From automotive to tech to media, agencies discussed the need to continually evolve by embracing transformation—not just in creative output, but in how they operate and serve clients across a changing landscape.

2. Conversational Intelligence and Future-Focused Creativity

A key theme was the fusion of technology with creativity. Speakers explored how artificial intelligence (AI), data, and real-time consumer engagement tools are changing the way brands communicate. The focus wasn’t on replacing human creativity, but on enhancing it—making it smarter, faster, and more responsive to what audiences care about in the moment.

3. The Power of Global Collaboration

Collaboration across borders continues to be a defining strength of the AMIN network. Members shared how they’ve been able to co-create campaigns, exchange cultural insights, and solve challenges more effectively by leaning into the collective expertise of international partners. The value of shared knowledge and trust within the network was a recurring highlight.

4. Next-Gen Agency Transformation

Agencies are under pressure to be more agile, modular, and talent-forward. Throughout the event, leaders reflected on how they are reimagining their structures, scaling with flexibility, and adapting to client needs in real time. This includes shifting internal processes, evolving team roles, and staying ahead of market demands through continuous learning and reinvention.

5. Listening to Gen Z: The Future of Work

A standout discussion came from younger professionals who offered an unfiltered look at what they value in workplace culture. They emphasized the importance of inclusivity, transparency, and purpose-driven work. Their perspectives served as a powerful reminder: To remain relevant and resilient, agencies must not only understand the next generation of consumers—they must build environments where the next generation of talent can thrive.

Thank you, to the host agency RINALDI,and theAMIN Worldwide network for an informative and engaging conference.
